HOW TO HOUSE/POTTY TRAIN YOUR DOG PART 2: PAPER TRAINING

Owing a dog is a wonderful thing. They are absolutely man`s closest animal. But they could become annoying when they start messing up the whole place. In this article, I will share with your how to house/potty train your dog using the paper training method.
Paper training can be used as a temporary training method for a bad weather. The fact is that medium and large dogs urinate quite often making the paper soaked up quite quickly. The urine will also make the papers too heavy and wet to fold up and discard into the trash bin.
You will need to identify a convenient spot like the bathroom, basement or the utility room in your house majorly for the dogs papering area (where it does its thing!). You should definitely avoid choosing an area with a hardwood floor.
You can follow this simple process. Begin with papering a large area and gradually reduce the space as your dog gets used to it! Endeavor to use the appropriate house/potty training schedule, but make sure you use paper as her potty place and make sure you take her there every couple of hours. You should also try to compensate the dog if it potties there willingly.
Here are a few tips you should have at the back of your mind. Avoid training your dog to potty indoor and outdoor at the same time! Do not feed or play with your dog near its potty area. Be consistent and patient with your dog, realize tat indoor house/potty training takes longer than outdoor! It should be noted though that not all dogs can be paper trained. Only very small (toy) breed dogs or puppies that are less than six months old can be paper trained!
